To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, EDGEGLOBAL FZ LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

EDGEGLOBAL FZ LLC shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Site, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

Indemnification

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms of Use shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

EDGEGLOBAL FZ LLC reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms of Use at

Entire Agreement

Waiver and Severability
